Reading the blood pressure chart

Most people who suffer from high or low blood pressure often wonder what the numbers in the meter indicate. Most doctors have a blood pressure chart that indicates the normal blood pleasure range and the steps you need to take to improve the numbers.

Blood pressure of a person falls under 4 general categories that include normal to stage 2 of hypertension. Your blood pleasure level will determine the treatment that you need. The chart will also list the range for each category which makes it easy to understand the steps you need to take.
